One difference worth knowing. Most of the image tools here never send your file anywhere. This one has to — blending several pictures into one scene needs a model that cannot run in a browser. Your images go to a processing provider, are used for that one job, and are not stored by us afterwards — no copy, and no record of the images. What fal keeps is covered by their own privacy policy. Frequently asked questions
How many images can I combine?
Two to four. Every image goes in a single request, so the cap is a size limit rather than an arbitrary number — past four, requests start failing for reasons that would look random to you. Each image is scaled down before it is sent, which is what keeps four of them inside the limit.
How is this different from a collage?
A collage arranges your images side by side in a grid, with the edges still visible. This blends them into one scene — matching lighting, perspective and scale so the result reads as a single photograph. If you want the grid, the collage maker does that in your browser and never uploads anything.
Does the order of the images matter?
No. Unlike the face swapper, the images here are interchangeable — the model composes them together rather than applying one to another.
How long does it take?
Around 20 seconds for three images. It's doing considerably more work than the browser tools, which is also why there's a daily limit.
Are my images uploaded?
Yes. Combining images needs a model that cannot run in a browser, so they go to a processing provider for that one job and are not stored by us afterwards. What the provider keeps is covered by their own privacy policy. If you'd rather nothing left your device, the resizer, cropper, converter, compressor and collage maker all run locally.
Why did my result look like one image and not a blend?
Usually because the images are too different to reconcile — a close-up portrait and a wide landscape have no shared perspective to match. Images shot at similar distances combine far more convincingly.
