Running a channel is one of the most interesting creator businesses on the internet. You don't need a face, a following, or a studio. You need consistent output and a niche. Channels on finance, history, psychology, self-improvement, and true crime regularly earn $10–$50 per thousand views — some of the highest RPMs on the platform. The math on a channel posting daily is genuinely compelling.
The problem is production, and it has two halves. A single 60-second Short takes writing a script (30–60 minutes), sourcing or generating visuals (60–120 minutes), recording or synthesising narration (30–60 minutes), editing it together (60–90 minutes), and burning in captions (15–30 minutes) — 3–5 hours. Then there's everything around the video: the thumbnail, the channel art, the stills. That's a second tool, a second subscription, and a second skill set most creators don't have.
We built Leaxor to do both. Type a topic and it writes the script, generates visually consistent character illustrations per scene, records ElevenLabs narration, burns in word-level captions, and exports a 9:16 MP4 — no timeline, no keyframes, no editing skills. Write a prompt instead and it generates an image across any of seven models, at whatever style and aspect ratio you need. Same tool, same credits.
Consistency is the deliberate part. The look you pick holds across every scene, every video, and the thumbnails you make to promote them — a visual identity that stock-footage tools like Pictory, InVideo, Fliki, and Lumen5 can't replicate, and that a separate image generator knows nothing about. When viewers recognise your style, they subscribe. That recognition compounds.
