Faceless YouTube is one of the most interesting creator businesses on the internet. You don't need a face, a following, or a studio. You need consistent output and a niche. Channels on finance, history, psychology, self-improvement, and true crime regularly earn $10–$50 per thousand views — some of the highest RPMs on the platform. The math on a channel posting daily is genuinely compelling.
The problem is production. A single 60-second faceless Short requires writing a script (30–60 minutes), sourcing or generating visuals (60–120 minutes), recording or synthesising narration (30–60 minutes), editing it together (60–90 minutes), and burning in captions (15–30 minutes). That's 3–5 hours per video. At daily posting cadence, it's a full-time job — before you've made a cent.
We built Leaxor to collapse that production time to under 10 minutes per video. You type a topic. Leaxor writes the script, generates original skeleton-character illustrations per scene, records ElevenLabs narration, burns in word-level captions, and exports a 9:16 MP4. No timeline. No keyframes. No recording. No editing skills required.
The skeleton-character aesthetic is deliberate. Every Leaxor video uses a consistent animated style that gives your channel a visual identity that stock-footage tools — Pictory, InVideo, Fliki, Lumen5 — can't replicate. When viewers recognise your style, they subscribe. That recognition compounds.
