01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Leaxor ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any changes.

02 Description of Service

Leaxor is an AI image and video generation platform. In image mode it generates images from a text prompt across several models. In video mode it takes a topic and produces a finished short-form vertical video — writing the script, generating consistent illustrations, animating them, and adding narration and captions. The Service also offers free image tools that require no account. Some of these run entirely in your browser; the rest send your image to a processing provider. Each tool's page says which of the two it is. Output quality and style may vary.

03 Account Registration

The free tools require no account at all. To generate images or video you need one, which you can create with Google, with an email address and password, or by starting as a guest and claiming the account later. If you create one, you agree to:

• •Provide accurate, current information during registration
• •Maintain the security of your account credentials
• •Accept responsibility for all activity under your account
• •Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

04 Credits & Billing

Leaxor is pay-as-you-go. There is no subscription and no free tier: you buy credits and spend them on what you generate. By buying credits:

• •You are charged once for that purchase. Nothing recurs and nothing renews
• •Credits cost $0.10 each, with a minimum purchase of 50 and a maximum of 50,000, and they never expire
• •Refunds on unused credits are handled case by case at our discretion
• •We may change pricing with 30 days notice

05 Content Ownership & License

Videos generated through Leaxor are yours to use. You retain ownership of your prompts and any original text you provide. We grant you a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, download, and distribute the generated videos for any lawful purpose.

You grant Leaxor a limited license to process your inputs for the purpose of generating content and improving the Service. We will not sell your content to third parties.

Images you upload

Some tools ask you to supply an image rather than describe one. By uploading a file to any Leaxor tool, you represent and warrant that you own it, or are licensed or otherwise permitted to edit it, and that doing what the tool does to it infringes nobody's rights. That includes the rights of anyone depicted in the image, not only whoever holds the copyright.

You are responsible for what you upload and for what you do with the result. If you cannot make that representation about a file, do not upload it.

06 Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Leaxor to:

• •Generate illegal, harmful, hateful, or sexually explicit content
• •Impersonate real individuals without their consent
• •Create deepfakes, misinformation, or deceptive media
• •Violate any applicable law or regulation
• •Attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or abuse the platform

Face swap and likeness editing

Tools that place one person's face onto another image carry their own rules, and these are absolute. You may only use them on adults who have agreed to appear in the result. The following are prohibited outright:

• •Images of anyone under 18, in any context
• •Public figures — politicians, celebrities, or anyone recognisable
• •Passing the result off as a real photograph of a real person
• •Sexual or intimate imagery of any kind

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without notice.

07 API Usage

If you access Leaxor via our API, you agree to respect rate limits, not share API keys publicly, and comply with all terms applicable to regular usage. Abusive or excessive API usage may result in throttling or termination.

08 Limitation of Liability

Leaxor is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

09 Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, and we may delete your data after a reasonable retention period.
