By accessing or using Leaxor ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any changes.

02 Description of Service

Leaxor is an AI-powered video generation platform that creates short-form vertical videos from text prompts. The Service uses artificial intelligence to write scripts, generate images, animate scenes, and produce narrated video content. Output quality and style may vary.

03 Account Registration

To use Leaxor, you must create an account using Google OAuth. You agree to:

• •Maintain the security of your account credentials
• •Accept responsibility for all activity under your account
• •Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

04 Subscription & Billing

Leaxor offers free and paid subscription plans. By subscribing to a paid plan:

• •You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis
• •Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date
• •Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion
• •We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days advance notice

05 Content Ownership & License

Videos generated through Leaxor are yours to use. You retain ownership of your prompts and any original text you provide. We grant you a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, download, and distribute the generated videos for any lawful purpose.

You grant Leaxor a limited license to process your inputs for the purpose of generating content and improving the Service. We will not sell your content to third parties.

06 Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Leaxor to:

• •Generate illegal, harmful, hateful, or sexually explicit content
• •Impersonate real individuals without their consent
• •Create deepfakes, misinformation, or deceptive media
• •Violate any applicable law or regulation
• •Attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or abuse the platform

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without notice.

07 API Usage

If you access Leaxor via our API, you agree to respect rate limits, not share API keys publicly, and comply with all terms applicable to regular usage. Abusive or excessive API usage may result in throttling or termination.

08 Limitation of Liability

Leaxor is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

09 Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, and we may delete your data after a reasonable retention period.
