Q.How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to Dashboard → Settings → Billing and click "Cancel subscription". Your access continues until the end of the billing period.
Q.Can I get a refund?
We handle refunds on a case-by-case basis. Email us within 7 days of your charge and we'll work it out.
Q.My video failed to generate. What now?
Failed generations don't consume your credits. Try again, or email us with the video ID and we'll investigate.
Q.Do you offer custom enterprise plans?
Yes! If you need higher volume, custom branding, or API-only access, reach out and we'll put together a plan.
Q.Can I use the videos commercially?
Absolutely. All videos generated on any plan are yours to use however you like — YouTube, TikTok, client work, ads.
