AI anime
generator.

By Yuvraj SinghFounder, LeaxorUpdated

An AI anime generator draws anime from a sentence or a photo. Leaxor goes one step further and animates it: make the art on ten image models, then turn the still into a clip that moves. Images from $0.10, clips from $0.20.

Four ways to make anime with AI

Pick by what you start with. Every row is a real control on the same account, priced from the billing tables.

Anime that moves, shown with a real clip

One prompt, one render, no editing. This is the Kling v3 Pro sample from the homepage, and the price is what the same render costs today.

The prompt

“Anime key-frame style, vertical. A young heroine in a long school coat stands at the edge of a rooftop at dusk, wind lifting her hair and coat tails. Below her the city switches on floor by floor, neon bleeding into wet air. Hand-painted cel shading, thick line work, glowing bloom. Camera pushes in slowly as she turns her head.”

What the Anime style adds to your prompt

Pick the Animestyle in Image mode and these words ride along with your description. They are the exact text, so you can see what you're getting:

“anime key visual, cel-shaded, clean confident lineart, vibrant saturated colors, studio-quality, expressive, detailed background”

And kept out: “photograph, realistic, 3d render, western cartoon, blurry”

So your own prompt only has to carry the scene: who, where, what they're doing, the light. A character sheet reads better as a plain description than as a pile of tags, and the prompt library has anime prompts written that way.

From anime still to anime video

Most anime generators stop at the picture. Here the picture is step one. Animate it on 23 image-to-video models, with the cheapest at $0.20 for 3seconds. Describe the motion, not the drawing: “her hair lifts in the wind as the camera slowly pushes in” works better than describing her again.

For a series with one character, attach the same anime stills as references. Reference to Video on Grok Imagine 1.5, Wan 3.0, Gemini Omni Flash 1.1, Wan 3.0 Prime, Kling 1.6 Elements carries them through the shot, and the consistent character guide explains why the description has to stay word for word the same.

Want the whole thing done for you? Give the video generator a topic and pick the Anime style: it writes the script, draws the scenes, adds narration and captions, and hands back a 9:16 video from $1.50.

Fan art and other people's characters

A drawing style is hard to own; a character usually isn't. Anime in the general look of a genre is one thing. Publishing or selling a named character from someone else's series is where copyright and trademark come in. This isn't legal advice: the US Copyright Office's AI guidance is the plain-language place to start, and Leaxor's terms require you to have the rights to anything you upload.

AI anime generator FAQ

Is there an AI that makes anime?

Yes, several. Some make anime images from a prompt, a few make anime video, and Leaxor does both on one account: anime art on ten image models, then clips from that art on 23 video models.

Is there a free AI anime generator?

Not on Leaxor. There's no free tier or free credits. You pay per output instead: an anime image from $0.10, a clip from $0.20. Credits never expire and no subscription is required.

Can I turn my photo into anime?

Yes. Upload the photo to the image-to-image tool and ask for an anime illustration of it. The composition stays, the drawing style changes. Each edit is 2 credits. Only use photos of people who have agreed to it.

Can AI make anime videos?

Yes. Start from an anime still and animate it into a short clip on 23 image-to-video models, or have a whole narrated video made from a topic in the Anime style. The rooftop clip on this page is a real render from a prompt.

How do I keep my anime character the same in every image?

Make the character once, then attach that image as a reference for every new one. Several image models take reference photos. For video, Reference to Video on 5 models carries the character through a whole shot. Keep the written description identical each time.

Can my anime character talk?

Yes. sync. 3 Avatar turns one still into a talking face matched to a voice line you type or upload, about $2.70 for 10 seconds. It works best on a clear, front-facing face.
