What is text-to-video AI?

Software that turns written input into moving images, with no camera and no footage.

The term covers two quite different outputs. Prompt-to-clip tools take a description of a shot and return a few seconds of footage. Topic-to-video tools take a subject and return a complete video with narration and captions.

Most confusion in the category comes from that gap. A demo showing a stunning five-second clip is genuinely impressive and tells you nothing about how long a publishable video takes — because that clip is one of the eight to fifteen you would need, before scripting, narration, captions and assembly.

Leaxor is the second kind: you supply the topic, and the script, illustration, narration and captions are produced and assembled for you.
