- How do Leaxor credits work?Credits are Leaxor's unit of production. You buy them once and they are yours until you spend them — no subscription, no monthly expiry.
- How much does one AI video cost on Leaxor?Between $1.50 and $9.00, depending on the quality tier.
- What do the three quality tiers mean?Each tier is a curated bundle of AI models, picked per video rather than mixed and matched.
- Do Leaxor credits expire?No. Credits you buy stay on your balance until you spend them.
- Does Leaxor have a subscription or a free tier?Neither. Leaxor is pay-as-you-go only.
- Can I get a refund?If a video fails to generate because of a platform error, your credits are refunded automatically — no request needed.
- How do Leaxor teams and shared credits work?Teams are free. There are no per-seat fees — you pay only for credits.
